NYAH Festival Cavan
The Maguire Band will be playing at the NYAH Festival in Cavan in March 2015. This wonderful festival is organised by Martin Donohoe and is now in it’s 12th year. Martin is an inspirational and iconic figure in traditional Irish music, not only in his native Cavan, but throughout the country and beyond. It’s an honour for The Maguire Band to be invited to play in this festival and it will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of 2015 for us. We have fond memories of Fleadh Cheoil na hEireann in Cavan in 2010, 2011 and 2012, and we’re looking forward to playing in The Farnham Arms Hotel where we dined regularly and attended many a good session during the fleadhanna.
