The brave members of Vartry Rowing Club will row from Arklow to Aberystwyth in Wales over the May Bank Holiday weekend to raise funds for Console. The Maguire Band is delighted to support their efforts with a few tunes in Phil Healy’s pub on Sat 9 April at 8pm and we’ll have a raffle on the night to raise a few bob for the campaign. Pop in for a while and support this valiant effort for a truly noble cause.
